We design our candles to fill a room without being overwhelming. Strength depends on the fragrance - some are lighter and relaxing, others richer and stronger.
5. Can I personalize the candle color?
Yes! You can choose your preferred color when adding the candle to your cart.
Because we hand-tint each candle, colors may have slight variations -this is part of their charm.
You can also ask for specific color or a gradient with colors by messaging us on Instagram or adding a message before paying your order.
6. Can I order large quantities for events (weddings, gifts, parties)?
Absolutely! Contact us for bulk pricing or custom designs and we’ll help create the perfect set for your occasion.
7. How should I burn my candle for the best results?
- Always trim the wick before each burn.
- Let the candle melt to the edges during the first burn to avoid tunneling.
- Burn for 2 - 4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
8. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days. Custom colors may require an additional 1-2 days.
9. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Local orders: 2–4 business days (Portugal)
- Europe orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–10 business days
